Ingredients

120 g cooked ground beef or breakfast sausage (no fillers or sugar)

60 g shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Parmesan)

Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 6-cup muffin tin with butter.
Prepare Filling: Brown the ground beef or sausage in a skillet if not already cooked. Let it cool slightly.
Whisk Eggs: In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt until fully blended.
Add Cheese & Meat: Stir in the shredded cheese and cooked meat. Mix until evenly distributed.
Fill the Muffin Tin: Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the tops are firm and slightly golden.
Cool & Serve: Let cool for a couple of minutes, then gently remove and enjoy warm.
Notes
Use any cooked Carnivore protein you like bacon, chicken, or ground pork all work beautifully.
