Equipment

  • Coffee maker or kettle
  • Blender or milk frother
  • Measuring spoon
  • Mug

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted grass-fed butter
  • 1 scoop about 1 tablespoon beef collagen powder or hydrolyzed gelatin

Instructions
 

  • Brew Your Coffee: Make a strong cup of black coffee using your favorite method (drip, French press, pour-over anything works).
  • Add Ingredients to Blender or Frother: Pour the hot coffee into a blender or large mug. Add the butter and collagen powder.
  • Blend or Froth: Blend on high for 20–30 seconds until creamy and frothy. If using a milk frother, froth until combined and smooth.
  • Serve Immediately: Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy while hot.

Notes

  • Make sure to blend well this is key to getting that creamy, frothy texture.
