- 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1 tablespoon unsalted grass-fed butter
- 1 scoop about 1 tablespoon beef collagen powder or hydrolyzed gelatin
Brew Your Coffee: Make a strong cup of black coffee using your favorite method (drip, French press, pour-over anything works).
Add Ingredients to Blender or Frother: Pour the hot coffee into a blender or large mug. Add the butter and collagen powder.
Blend or Froth: Blend on high for 20–30 seconds until creamy and frothy. If using a milk frother, froth until combined and smooth.
Serve Immediately: Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy while hot.
