This simple ground beef bowl is quick, hearty, and packed with flavor. Just ground beef, butter, and salt for the perfect easy Carnivore meal.

- 1 lb 450 g ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 tablespoon butter or beef tallow
- Salt to taste
- Optional: ¼ cup shredded cheese or 1 fried egg on top
Heat the Pan: Warm a skillet over medium heat and add butter or tallow until melted and sizzling.
Brown the Beef: Add ground beef and break it up with a spatula. Season generously with salt. Cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and slightly crisp at the edges.
Serve: Spoon into a bowl and top with melted cheese or a fried egg if desired. Serve hot and enjoy.
For an extra flavor boost, let the beef sit undisturbed for a minute or two before stirring it helps develop a crispy, caramelized texture.
