Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ ½ cup finely crushed pork crackles pork rinds cooked in lard
  • ½ lb 225 g cooked sausage
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbles
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella extra for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, and crushed pork crackles until it forms a sticky dough.
  • Shape the Crust: Spread mixture into a circle (about ¼-inch thick) on the parchment-lined tray.
  • Bake the Crust: Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden and firm around the edges.
  • Add Toppings: Scatter sausage, pepperoni, bacon, and top with the extra mozzarella.
  • Final Bake: Return to the oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Cool & Slice: Let rest 5 minutes before slicing to allow the crust to set.

Notes

For an even firmer crust, bake a few extra minutes before adding toppings. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the oven or air fryer.
