pork rinds cooked in lard

Instructions
Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
Mix the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, and crushed pork crackles until it forms a sticky dough.
Shape the Crust: Spread mixture into a circle (about ¼-inch thick) on the parchment-lined tray.
Bake the Crust: Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden and firm around the edges.
Add Toppings: Scatter sausage, pepperoni, bacon, and top with the extra mozzarella.
Final Bake: Return to the oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cool & Slice: Let rest 5 minutes before slicing to allow the crust to set.
Notes
For an even firmer crust, bake a few extra minutes before adding toppings. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the oven or air fryer.
