Ingredients
  

  • 1 ball pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
  • 4 strips cooked bacon chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough onto a floured surface, then transfer to a baking sheet.
  • Add the Base: Brush olive oil over the dough.
  • Layer the Toppings: Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and chopped bacon evenly over the dough.
  • Initial Bake: Bake the pizza for 4–5 minutes.
  • Add the Eggs: Carefully crack eggs onto the pizza, spaced evenly.
  • Final Bake: Return to the oven for another 5–7 minutes until the whites are set but yolks are still runny.
  • Finish & Serve: Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh chives. Slice and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Make sure yolks are still slightly runny for the best texture.
  • Use pre-made dough to save time.
