- 1 ball pizza dough
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
- 4 strips cooked bacon chopped
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough onto a floured surface, then transfer to a baking sheet.
Add the Base: Brush olive oil over the dough.
Layer the Toppings: Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and chopped bacon evenly over the dough.
Initial Bake: Bake the pizza for 4–5 minutes.
Add the Eggs: Carefully crack eggs onto the pizza, spaced evenly.
Final Bake: Return to the oven for another 5–7 minutes until the whites are set but yolks are still runny.
Finish & Serve: Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh chives. Slice and enjoy immediately.
