Creamy Brazilian Limeade

A creamy and refreshing limeade made in the blender with fresh limes, sugar, and sweetened condensed milk. A summer favorite!

- 4 fresh limes thin-skinned if possible
- 3 cups cold water
- ΒΌ cup sugar adjust to taste
- 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups ice
- Extra lime slices and mint for garnish optional
Wash limes thoroughly and cut into quarters (peel stays on).
Place limes, sugar, water, and ice in a blender.
Blend on high for about 30 seconds just enough to release juice and flavor, but not so long the rind turns bitter.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
Serve over ice garnish with mint leaves and lime slices.
