- 1 small wheel Brie 8 oz / 225 g
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- Crackers or crusty bread for serving
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly oil a small cast iron skillet and place the Brie in the center.
Scatter the thinly sliced garlic on top of the Brie and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of honey.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining honey.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh thyme.
Serve warm with crackers or crusty bread.
