Ingredients
  

  • 1 small wheel Brie 8 oz / 225 g
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • Crackers or crusty bread for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly oil a small cast iron skillet and place the Brie in the center.
  • Scatter the thinly sliced garlic on top of the Brie and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of honey.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining honey.
  • Sprinkle with chopped fresh thyme.
  • Serve warm with crackers or crusty bread.

  • Ensure the Brie is at room temperature before baking for even melting.
