all-purpose flour

granulated sugar

matcha green tea powder

baking powder

salt

milk

vegetable oil or melted butter

large eggs

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, vanilla, and oil (or butter) until smooth.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix just until combined. Do not overmix.
Grease the rice cooker pot, pour in batter, and level the top.
Close the lid and set the rice cooker to 'Cook'. Cook for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cake cool slightly, remove from pot, and dust with powdered sugar if desired. Slice and serve!
Notes
Pair with whipped cream for a sweet, elegant finish.
