Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz yakisoba or chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup sliced celery
  • ½ cup sliced onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Prep the vegetables: Slice the onion and celery, and shred the cabbage.
  • Prepare the noodles: If using packaged yakisoba noodles, loosen them by microwaving for 30 seconds or rinsing with warm water.
  • Cook the vegetables: Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add onion, celery, and cabbage; stir-fry until softened.
  • Add noodles and sauce: Add the noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, and sugar. Toss until everything is coated and heated through.
  • Finish and serve: Cook 2 more minutes until slightly caramelized. Serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to swap yakisoba noodles with dry chow mein noodles just cook according to package directions before stir-frying.
