Instructions
Prep the vegetables: Slice the onion and celery, and shred the cabbage.
Prepare the noodles: If using packaged yakisoba noodles, loosen them by microwaving for 30 seconds or rinsing with warm water.
Cook the vegetables: Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add onion, celery, and cabbage; stir-fry until softened.
Add noodles and sauce: Add the noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, and sugar. Toss until everything is coated and heated through.
Finish and serve: Cook 2 more minutes until slightly caramelized. Serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to swap yakisoba noodles with dry chow mein noodles just cook according to package directions before stir-frying.
