A quick, tropical spritz of pineapple juice, prosecco, and lime perfect for sunny afternoons and effortless entertaining.

Stemmed wine or spritz glass
Citrus wedge squeezer (optional)
Small paring knife and cutting board for garnish
- 3 oz pineapple juice chilled
- 3 oz prosecco or dry sparkling wine chilled
- 1 lime wedge
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple wedge for garnish
- Mint sprig for garnish
Fill a stemmed wine glass halfway with ice.
Pour chilled pineapple juice over the ice.
Slowly top with chilled prosecco to maintain fizz.
Squeeze the lime wedge over the glass, then drop it in.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
