Pizza Dough Garlic Knots

These easy garlic knots use pizza dough and are tossed in garlicky butter and Parmesan. Soft, chewy, and so quick to make!

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush
  • Chef’s knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ball pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the pizza dough into 12 equal strips.
  • Tie each strip into a knot and place them evenly spaced on the baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt.
  • Brush the knots generously with the butter mixture.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Toss the hot knots with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Great use for leftover pizza dough.
  • Easily doubled for parties.
