  • Large skillet
  • Tongs
  • Citrus juicer
  • Measuring cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the Garlic: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Cook the Shrimp: Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  • Make the Sauce: Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly reduced. Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Use large shrimp for the best texture and presentation
  • Fresh garlic and lemon juice make a big flavor difference
  • Don’t overcook the shrimp they turn rubbery fast
