Rosé Sangria

A light, sparkling sangria with rosé wine, orange liqueur, fresh berries, and citrus. Refreshing and ideal for summer parties.

Large glass pitcher
Paring knife and cutting board
Long-handled spoon for stirring
Wine glasses or stemless glassware
- 1 bottle sparkling rosé chilled
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur such as Cointreau
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 orange thinly sliced
- 1 lemon thinly sliced
- Ice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Add the sliced fruit and berries to a large pitcher.
Pour in the orange liqueur and let the fruit soak for 10–15 minutes.
Add chilled sparkling rosé and stir gently.
Fill serving glasses with ice.
Pour sangria into glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
