Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat and transfer to the slow cooker.
  • Stir in the chopped onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the elbow macaroni. Cover and continue to cook until the pasta is tender.
  • If desired, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese before serving. Enjoy your delicious Crockpot Goulash with a side of crusty bread!
