1cupmarshmallow fluff
1cupmeringue frosting
Instructions
Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press 1 tablespoon into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
Add Chocolate Batter: Prepare the chocolate cupcake mix according to package instructions. Spoon batter over the graham crust in each liner until 2/3 full.
Bake: Bake according to the cupcake mix instructions (usually about 18–22 minutes). Let them cool completely.
Fill with Fluff: Using a piping bag or spoon, fill the center of each cooled cupcake with marshmallow fluff.
Frost and Toast: Pipe meringue frosting on top. Carefully toast the frosting using a kitchen torch until golden brown.
Notes
Feel free to use homemade meringue or a store-bought version. If you don’t have a torch, a broiler works too briefly!
