Spinach and Feta Skillet Quiche

This easy spinach and feta skillet quiche is fluffy, flavorful, and family-friendly. Perfect for any meal of the day!

- 6 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup baby spinach chopped
- ½ cup crumbled feta
- ½ small red onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional 1 store-bought pie crust
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onions until soft.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir in spinach and feta.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet over the softened onions. (Add pie crust first if using.)
Bake for 25–30 minutes until the quiche is set and golden.
Cool slightly, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
