- 1 ball pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tandoori-marinated cooked chicken shredded
- 1/2 cup tomato passata or pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 small red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- Squeeze of lime juice
- Fresh cilantro leaves
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
Prepare Pizza Base: Roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness on a lightly floured surface.
Add Sauce and Toppings: Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough. Add mozzarella, then scatter the shredded tandoori chicken and sliced red onions.
