There’s something so comforting about classic corn pudding it’s creamy, slightly sweet, and the perfect complement to any holiday or potluck spread. I grew up watching my grandmother make this for every Christmas dinner, and now I make it for my own kids who can’t get enough of it!

This version is super simple, uses pantry staples, and bakes up with that signature custard-like center and golden edges. Whether you’re serving a holiday ham or fried chicken on a weeknight, this dish fits right in.
