S'mores Pizza

This gooey S’mores pizza blends toasted marshmallows, chocolate chunks, and crushed graham crackers on a crispy pizza crust for a fun dessert!

- 1 ball of pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup milk chocolate chunks
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread optional
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 220°C (428°F) to ensure it's hot enough for baking the pizza.
Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Add Butter and Graham crackers: Brush the melted butter over the surface of the dough. Evenly sprinkle the crushed graham crackers on top.
Initial Bake: Place the crust in the oven and bake for 2–3 minutes until it just begins to set.
Add Toppings: Remove the crust from the oven. If using, spread the chocolate hazelnut spread over the crust. Then, scatter the milk chocolate chunks and mini marshmallows evenly.
Final Bake: Return the pizza to the oven and bake until the marshmallows are toasted and the chocolate has melted, approximately 3–4 minutes.
Cool and Serve: Allow the pizza to cool for 1 minute. Slice and serve warm. For an extra touch, you can torch the marshmallows for added char.

You can skip the hazelnut spread for a more classic s’mores flavor, or add it for a Nutella pizza twist.
